Created after a long winter weekend on the Cape. I went for a walk onto the marsh, and took many photographs as it was stunning with the snow and ice. Once back in the studio, I painted a monotype, which means I painted onto a surface, and then picked up the paint with printmaking paper. The brushstrokes on the plate are full of texture and energy.
Framing suggestions: I would mat and frame in white . It really makes it sing!
