Collage and acrylic on paper.
Each piece of collaged paper was hand printed and collaged onto an acrylic painting with acrylic painted into the piece. It is a push/pull of paper and paint. There are several parts that have silver leaf for shimmer. The base is a heavy paper/bristol board.
This is from a series that are abstract illustrations from fairy tales- this one influenced by Tales of the Arabian Nights. I work intuitively and let the piece determine its direction.
Would look fabulous framed in white or gold. I have laid it on top of two frames I had so that you can see. :)
Shipped in between layers of thick backing and shipped with tracking and insurance for FREE.
